Refunds and Expiration

Lesson purchases are valid for 12 months from the date when the first lesson is taken. 

 

All lessons are non-refundable.

Lesson Cancellation policy

We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 Hour-notice

24-hour notice is required when canceling a lesson, as our Teaching Professionals are typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance.  Giving 24 hours' notice provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule a lesson in your reserved time.  If you are unable to give 24-hour notice your lesson will be considered fulfilled. Lessons canceled outside of 24-hours will be eligible for rescheduling.

 

In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Snyder Golf Performance. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their lesson for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.  Lessons considered a “no show” are considered forfeited and there will be no refund, credit, or make-up lesson.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened to accommodate others whose lessons follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson given, you will be charged for the “full” lesson.  Out of respect and consideration to your instructor and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Snyder Golf Performance reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to clients through our website and/or via email.

 

By booking a lesson with Snyder Golf Performance, clients agree to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy as outlined above.
