cOACHING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
These policies are designed to keep scheduling fair and consistent for everyone while still allowing flexibility when unexpected situations happen.
MONTHLY COACHING PLANS
Month-to-Month Membership
Monthly coaching plans are month-to-month and automatically renew on your recurring billing date. You may cancel your plan at any time before your next scheduled payment.
Payments & Refunds
Once a monthly payment has processed, it is non-refundable. Your coaching plan will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing errors or duplicate charges will, of course, be corrected.
Using Your Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions included with your monthly plan must be used during the billing cycle in which they are issued. Unused sessions do not roll over and expire when the next billing cycle begins.
If Snyder Golf Performance must cancel a session or scheduling availability prevents you from completing a session during your billing cycle, that session will carry forward.
90-Day Progress Promise
At Snyder Golf Performance, I believe consistent coaching and purposeful practice should lead to measurable improvement.
If you complete your first 90 days of monthly coaching, meet the requirements below, and don't demonstrate measurable progress toward your agreed goals, you'll receive one complimentary 60-minute coaching session to reassess your game and adjust your improvement plan.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Maintain an active monthly coaching subscription throughout your first 90 days.
- Attend your included coaching sessions during each billing cycle.
- Follow the individualized practice plan we establish together.
- Participate in an initial evaluation and a 90-day progress review.
Your practice commitment will be based on your goals and available time. There is no fixed minimum number of practice hours.
Measuring Improvement
At the beginning of coaching, we'll agree on specific, measurable goals and how progress will be evaluated. Measurements may include contact consistency, shot dispersion, distance control, putting performance, or other relevant golf skills. We'll compare your starting results with your progress at the 90-day evaluation.
Redeeming the Promise
If you've met the eligibility requirements but haven't demonstrated measurable progress toward your agreed goals, you'll receive one additional 60-minute coaching session at no charge.
The complimentary session must be scheduled within 30 days of your progress evaluation.
The Progress Promise is available once per student, applies only to monthly coaching programs, and has no cash value. It does not include a refund or guarantee a specific score, handicap reduction, or tournament result.
cANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
24-Hour Notice
At least 24 hours’ notice is required when canceling or rescheduling a coaching session.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available time within the current billing cycle.
Late Cancellations & Emergencies
Coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally considered used.
If an unexpected circumstance outside of your control occurs, please contact Snyder Golf Performance before the scheduled start time. One courtesy reschedule may be provided. Additional exceptions may be made at the discretion of Snyder Golf Performance for genuine emergencies.
No-Shows
A missed appointment without prior contact is considered a no-show and the coaching session will be considered used.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the next scheduled client can begin on time. The session will still count as the full scheduled coaching session.
Swing aSSESSMENTS
Swing Assessments are paid in advance.
Assessments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without forfeiting the assessment fee.
If an unexpected circumstance outside of your control occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, contact Snyder Golf Performance before the scheduled start time. One courtesy reschedule may be provided.
If the rescheduled assessment is missed or needs to be rescheduled again, a new assessment will generally need to be booked and paid for. Additional exceptions may be made at the discretion of Snyder Golf Performance for genuine emergencies.
No-shows or cancellations without prior contact will forfeit the assessment fee.
lEGACY LESSON PACKAGES
Lesson packages purchased before the transition to monthly coaching remain subject to the terms in place when they were purchased.
Previously purchased lesson packages are non-refundable and must be used within the applicable expiration period associated with the original purchase.
